At Needledust, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted footwear; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the authentic invoice.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check & Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide an authorization code via email within 24-48 hours.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the juttis in their original silk dust bags and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the authorization code is visible on the package.
Pickup & Processing
A courier partner will be scheduled to collect the parcel from your doorstep, and your refund or exchange will be processed once the item passes our warehouse inspection.
